Tickets are purchased directly through the Spektrix booking platform and creates a contractual relationship with HH Productions Ltd, the operator of the Arts Theatre. The booking fee is charged by Zetland Productions Ltd and held on account until your performance is completed. If for any reason a refund is required the entire amount including booking fee will be refunded by HH Productions on behalf of both parties.
The Arts Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the theatre and take any appropriate action to enforce this right without issuing a refund, provided the Arts Theatre is acting reasonably.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment must be switched off before entering the auditorium.
The Arts Theatre reserves the right to make any changes to the performance owing to unforseen or unavoidable cause.
Standard concessions, when available, are purchasable for guests over the age of 60, under the age of 16, in full time education or registered unemployed. Concessions for other guests will be advertised when applicable. Patrons who are registered disabled may be entitled to bring a free carer. Please call the Arts Theatre Box Office for access seating and information.
The Arts Theatre reserves the right to cancel the performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price. In such an unfortunate event, consequential losses, such as the cost of travel or accommodation, cannot be covered.
It is not always possible to issue duplicate tickets where there is a possibility of both the original and duplicate ticket being used, compromising the licensed capacity of the venue. Duplicates may therefore be issued at the discretion of the Box Office.
There is a £2.90 booking fee on all tickets purchased online or over the phone.
If you arrive late we appreciate that you will want to take your seats as soon as possible. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists, we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance and we cannot always guarantee admission.
Please note that there is no cloakroom facilities at the Arts Theatre and are unable to store large items.
Please note bag checks are in operation.
If you leave during the performance, readmission cannot always be guaranteed and sometimes we may require you to be seated in alternative seats in order to enable readmission.
Tickets are strictly non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show, at an additional cost of £2 per ticket. Tickets must be exchanged no later than 24 hours before the start of the performance and this is always at the discretion of Box Office Management.
The Arts Theatre sells tickets using a dynamic pricing structure and as such the price of a particular ticket may change. The price paid at the time of booking is final and non-negotiable.
